About the Company:
Branching out to become a real estate owner and developer was a natural expansion as the group leveraged both its construction expertise and its own materials supply. These have ensured that the projects are of high quality standards and over the years have proven resilient against the onslaught of the country’s constant typhoons and resulting flooding problems.
A significant project was the 11-hectare subdivision designed exclusively for employees of the House of Representatives located in Rodriguez, Rizal. With a choice of lot areas between 52-120 square meters, congressional employees had flexible options while maintaining affordability.
